01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the u7bd website accessible at u7bd.io and all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and software applications.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a player account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the default account currency on the Platform.
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Services, encompassing bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay as accepted on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or matched deposit offer made available by u7bd to eligible Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Player from their own financial sources, excluding Bonus funds.
• "Game Rules" means the individual rules applicable to each casino game, slot, live-dealer table, or sports betting market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Your acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of: (a) clicking any "Register", "Sign Up", or "Create Account" button; (b) making a first deposit; or (c) placing a first bet or game wager.

u7bd reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your sole responsibility to check this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirements

3.1 Minimum Age

The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Any person under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited from registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on u7bd. We conduct age verification checks during the KYC process and reserve the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. u7bd targets Players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to understand the applicable laws in your place of residence before registering or playing. u7bd does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, using different MFS numbers, or through any other method — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across duplicate accounts.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To open a Player Account on u7bd, you must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid email address, and a mobile number associated with your preferred MFS provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

u7bd requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of ownership of the MFS account used for deposits. Additional documentation may be requested at the Platform's discretion.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are obligated to keep all account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any registered details change — including your email address, phone number, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. u7bd accepts no liability for failed communications or payment errors resulting from outdated account information provided by the Player.

05 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. u7bd will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other channel. Any activity carried out through your account using your login credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify u7bd support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid security report, u7bd will temporarily lock the affected account pending investigation.

u7bd employs 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA) options, and real-time session monitoring to protect all Player accounts and BDT balances. However, the Platform cannot be held liable for security breaches arising from a Player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

06 Deposits & Payment Methods

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

u7bd accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). No currency conversion is applied to BDT deposits via MFS providers. All transactions are processed in BDT.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by u7bd directly; however, individual MFS provider limits and bank transaction limits may apply. It is the Player's responsibility to be aware of any such limits imposed by their financial service provider.

6.3 Deposit Crediting

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's account balance within 60 seconds in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the originating institution's processing times. u7bd accepts no liability for delays caused by the Player's MFS provider or banking institution.

6.4 Own Funds Only

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts owned by third parties — including family members — are strictly prohibited and will be treated as a breach of these Terms, potentially resulting in account suspension and return of funds to the source.

07 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to request a withdrawal, a Player must have: (a) completed the full KYC identity verification process; (b) satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus; and (c) a Real Money Balance exceeding the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500.

7.2 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one to four hours of KYC-verified account status. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days. u7bd aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of receipt. Requests submitted during periods of high volume or requiring additional verification may take longer.

7.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. u7bd does not transfer funds to third-party accounts, alternative MFS numbers not registered to the Player, or payment methods that were not used for a qualifying deposit. This policy exists to protect Players from fraud and money laundering.

7.4 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount per request is ৳500. Daily withdrawal limits may apply at u7bd's discretion and will be communicated to the Player at the time of request if relevant. 08 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available by u7bd are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus funds or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met using Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance combined, in accordance with the game contribution percentages published for each promotion.

8.3 Bonus Restrictions

u7bd reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to individual Players. One bonus per Player, per household, per IP address, and per MFS account applies unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash equivalent until all wagering requirements are satisfied.

8.4 Abuse Prevention

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other Players, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other method determined by u7bd to constitute bonus abuse — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

09 Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 General

All bets and wagers placed on u7bd are subject to the specific Game Rules published for each product — including cricket betting markets, slots, live-dealer casino games, crash games, and Andar Bahar. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable Game Rules before placing any wager. Game Rules are accessible via the game interface or the Platform's help section.

9.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets on u7bd cover BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL (Indian Premier League), T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh international fixtures. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a match abandonment, void, or postponement, the Platform's specific market rules — published on the cricket betting page — will determine how bets are settled.

9.3 Game Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, u7bd reserves the right to void the affected round, game, or wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance. No further liability will be accepted by u7bd in relation to a malfunctioned game round. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all games on the Platform.

9.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each game or betting market interface. These limits may vary by game, market type, account tier, and time of day. u7bd reserves the right to adjust stake limits without prior notice. Any bet placed that exceeds the stated maximum will be voided and the excess stake returned to the Player's account balance.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the u7bd Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Player Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events offered on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or access the Platform in any way not intended for human use.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, glitches, or loopholes in any game or Platform feature for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live-dealer, or other multi-player game.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to charge-back, reverse, or dispute any deposit transaction after placing wagers with those funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff, support agents, or other Players via any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the u7bd Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional material — is the exclusive intellectual property of u7bd or its licensed content providers. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, adapted, or used in any commercial context without the prior written consent of u7bd.

Game content, including titles sourced from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi, remains the intellectual property of the respective software providers and is licensed to u7bd for display on the Platform. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use game content solely for personal entertainment purposes within the Platform environment.

12 Responsible Gaming

u7bd is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming practices. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for 72 hours after any upward adjustment request.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications that alert you when your active gaming session has reached a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily pause your account for a period between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, login access is blocked and all marketing communications are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or time-limited self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. Once a self-exclusion is confirmed, it cannot be reversed during the active period.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, u7bd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and software providers shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity; (c) any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform; or (d) any interruption in Platform availability caused by technical faults, maintenance, or events outside u7bd's reasonable control.

u7bd's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Player's verified account balance at the time the incident occurred. This limitation does not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence on the part of u7bd.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Suspension by u7bd

u7bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is suspected; (c) the account is involved in a charge-back dispute; (d) the Player has been found to be under the age of 21; or (e) compliance with applicable law or regulatory guidance requires such action.

14.2 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting u7bd support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request and completion of any outstanding withdrawal transactions, the account will be permanently closed. Any active Bonus balance will be forfeited at the time of closure.

14.3 Funds on Suspension

Where an account is suspended pending investigation for suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, u7bd may withhold the account balance until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a material breach, u7bd reserves the right to forfeit the balance in part or in full. If no breach is established, funds will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.

15 Amendments to Terms

u7bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Players will be notified via email to the registered account address and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notification.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the revision. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international gaming law and the general laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which u7bd operates. u7bd makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawfully available for use in all jurisdictions.

In the event of any dispute regarding a bet settlement, account action, payment processing issue, or any other matter relating to your use of the Platform, you should first contact u7bd support via live chat or email at [email protected]. The Platform aims to resolve all Player disputes within five (5) business days of receiving a complete written complaint. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct support contact, the matter may be escalated via the formal complaints process described in the Platform's support documentation.
